Incredible!  I've heard great things and was not disappointed. Took my kids and got roasted chicken - amazing!  Mashed potatoes, salad, biscuits, corn and green beans were all incredible. Was not a fan of the baked beans, but there were so many sides to choose from it did not matter.

My daughter left saying, "we have got to come here again!"

We've been here twice now with a group of 10 people. The best thing about this place is the excellent service and the fried chicken.

They have unlimited sides which cannot be taken to go under any circumstances but the meats can be taken to-go. The corn and biscuits were the best tasting sides and everything else was kinda alright. The salad was super sad, basically just cut up iceberg lettuce that tasted defrosted. The mashed potatoes tasted like it was a powder mix. It was sad to know they were about to throw all those bowls away after we left, they should charge $10 if you wanna take the sides or something (I really hate waste).

The chicken fried steak was not amazing, it tasted average. The catfish was pretty decent but the fried chicken is where it's at. It's crispy on the outside and really moist on the inside, it even tasted great that night at home.

Dessert- we had banana creams pie to go which was also average-tasting. The overall vibe of the place is like a diner, it was a pleasant experience and we'd probably come back. Just know that when you leave you need at least a few hours nap to recover.

Despite being packed, service was good. Food was hot, fresh and delicious.

They were a tad stingy on the pineapple upside down cake. Got home and realized it was a very small "square" part of which was missing. I definitely did not get what I paid for.

I will give them another try.

I am sure some would give this a 5* - I would not argue.

A couple of days ago I had a handerin' for Babe's Fried Chicken and the fixin's. My honey's day off today - she brilliantly suggested (without a prompt from me) we eat at Babe's because she was craving the fixin's. Mashed tators and gravy, salad, corn, biscuits, butter beans, and green beans rounds out the sides. The pièce de résistance is the juicy, crispy, fried chicken, and plenty of it. There are meat choices but the fried gets us coming back. They do have a smoked hickory chicken we have to try in the near future.

This is a family style restaurant so if you're looking for isolated, cozy surroundings, this may not be your kind of place. If you're not afraid to rub elbows with your fellow man (human's of all kinds, shapes and sizes) then belly up to the mahogany and enjoy a country style, down-home, feast of fowl and fixin's. Before you misunderstand me, you do get your own table and silverware - heheh.

We've eaten at a couple of locations. Fortunately the quality is consistent even if the room size varies.

I am currently eating and find that the corn has a surprising flavor that seems to combine whole kernels and cream corn. It was a well balance sweetness amongst other flavors of very subtle spice. The biscuit is dense but fully and doesn't give you cotton mouth. It pairs well with the unfiltered honey but isn't necessary the mashed potatoes are very creamy with specs of pepper and no lumps nor inconsistencies. The gravy makes them a lot better and gives it more character without overpowering. The chicken tenders  is a bit tough but could be a lot better fresher. The salad is bomb! Heard the dressingnis homemade. It's worth the month for the meat the three style eatery.
